I have to disagree with the other posts. I have been through probably 4 different cameras in 3 years between 2 kids. This is the best company. The picture is not absolutely perfect, but if you position the camera CORRECTLY, it’s pretty good. There are 2 frequencies so you can have 2 of the same monitors for 2 kids with no interference. There is also a volume control which allows you to pick any volume setting. We also have a Summers Monitor and HATE IT. The Summers monitor has a crystal clear picture- but there are 2 volume settings- Loud and Louder. On top of that- the static and interference is out of control- especially if you have a cell phone or laptop near by. If you are looking for an easy to use, reliable monitor- this is the one.
